White Wines
2021 ESTATE APPLE WINE
A refreshingly dry, light-bodied wine with light acidity and fruity apple notes. Made from a blend of late season golden apple varieties with chardonnay yeast and fermented in stainless steel. Enjoy on its own or with seafood and white meats. Only 32 cases made. (12%ABV)
2021 ALBARIÑO
With hints of pear, it is exceptionally smooth and bright with light tannins and pleasant acidity. Delightful to enjoy any time, it pairs well with white fish and meats and fresh grilled vegetables. Amazing with fish tacos! (13.1% ABV)
2021 VIOGNIER
Gorgeous light straw color is met with floral notes of honeysuckle, yellow peach and a brisk minerality. Ripe peach with soft acid yield a lingering butterscotch finish. Great as a stand alone, but spectacular with roasted pork or chicken pot pie. (13.4% ABV)
2020 CHARDONNAY
Creamy, medium body, yet crisp and clear with a light apple finish. Steel tank fermented. Delightful with pâté, risotto, seafood and sushi. Best served at near room temperature (65º - 68ºF) for aroma and flavors to fully open. (13.9% ABV)
Rosé Wines
2020 SANGIOVESE ROSÉ
Beautiful peachy gold color! Low tannins, soft perfume and notes of soft pepper with a delightful strawberry jammy finish. Rosé all day with this one. Pairs wonderfully with spicy curries as well as creme brûlée. (12.4% ABV)
2021 SANGIOVESE ROSÉ
Our winter rosé with dark salmon color and rich aromatics of cassis and caramel that fill the glass. Bright fruit and creamy caramel coat your mouth while the light acid lingers on your tongue for a delightful finish. (13.3% ABV)
2021 SYRAH ROSÉ
Stunning ruby color! Smooth on the palate with hints of strawberry and tart and black cherry, followed by a light tobacco and black licorice finish. This bold rosé is an excellent stand-alone sip and will complement most any meal. Especially nice with pulled pork sandwiches or paella. (14.8% ABV)
Red Wines
2019 MERLOT
A lighter, fruitier red with medium body. Notes of light pepper and pomegranate with light to medium tannins. Excellent with salmon or sautéed greens. Enjoy now or hold for further development. (14.6% ABV)
2018 MERLOT
Dry, soft on the palate and velvety smooth. Woodsy plum notes, full-bodied and well-balanced. Mild tannins and a hint of dark chocolate. A superb stand-alone sipper or enjoy alongside a filet with béarnaise sauce and buttery sautéed mushrooms. (13.7% ABV)
2019 MALBEC
The dark garnet color draws you in to young red fruit flavors with cherry undertones and a hint of tobacco. Lively bright fruit and acid through the palate. Notes of Rainier cherry and sweet oak are complemented by mature yet grippy tannins lingering for a strong finish. (14.9% ABV)
2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Deep claret red in color, it deserves decanting to unleash its big, bold, earthy flavors. Notes of black currant and full body with a strong finish. Perfect with steak, mushroom stroganoff and braised short ribs. (14.6% ABV)
2020 TANNAT
This dark ruby red wine features aromatics of dark, dried fruits and toasted oak with a hint of vanilla which transfers through to the palate. Light, grippy tannin and medium acid round the rich, dark fruit compote for a full mouth feel. Fantastic with rich, barbecued grilled meats and especially with cassoulet. (13.6% ABV)
