Our ciders are made exclusively from the apples we grow at Storum Ranch. We have 2500 trees in 60 different varieties, and we hand-pick the fruit only when it is ripe. Our ciders are all traditional style ciders, fermented to dry and never any sugar added.

VOLCAN MOUNTAIN BLEND
2021 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 7% ABV
A blend of 50% Newtown Pippin, 30% Fuji and 20% Granny Smith apples.  It has a delightful light taste with a nose of fully ripe cantaloupe up front and a smooth, slightly tart finish.

FOUR GOLDEN BLEND
2020 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 11% ABV

An earthy blend of four gold apple varieties: 35% Golden Delicious, 30% Golden Russet, 25% GoldRush and 10% Hudson Golden Gem. This is a hearty, low acid cider with a good tannic base and a lovely floral overtone.

GOLDRUSH
The GoldRush is a modern dual-purpose apple developed at Purdue University in the 1970s with flavor reminiscent of a ripe Golden Delicious but with more acidity.
2019 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 10.5% ABV
This cider has notes of lemon & grapefruit, with sprightly acidity & light tannins.
2020 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 9.5% ABV
This cider has a beautiful golden color and is tannic yet fruity with notes of apple peel.

JONAGOLD - WINESAP
2019 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 9% ABV
The Jonagold is a 1950s cross between Jonathan and Golden Delicious yielding an apple that is crisp and sweet but with plenty of balancing acidity. The Winesap is a noted American heirloom varietal that was a major commercial variety in the 19th century popular for its juice in cider production. This cider blends 75% Jonagold with 25% Winesap for an easy drinking cider that is lightly tart, bright and fruity.

WICKSON CRAB
2020 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 10.5% ABV
Made from a high sugar, high acid crabapple, this strongly perfumed cider has notes of guava and grapefruit upfront with a tart finish.

NEWTOWN PIPPIN BLEND
2019 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 9% ABV
Newtown Pippin is one America’s oldest apple varieties with a complex and somewhat tart flavor, excellent for eating fresh, cooking, and for hard cider.  Golden Delicious has an exceptionally sweet and rich flavor while the Black Twig is the ultimate tart apple, high in tannins.  This well-balanced blend of 60% Newtown Pippin, 25% Golden Delicious and 15% Black Twig apples creates a cider that is golden in color with medium tannins and a delightful taste.

HEWES VIRGINIA CRAB
2019 harvest | barrel fermented with wild yeast | 9% ABV
Grown in America since the early 1700s, it was one of America’s favorite cider apples until Prohibition destroyed the industry in 1919. Hewes Virginia Crab is highly sought after for its mild bitter-sharp, highly flavored juice and yields a pleasantly tart, crisp and complex cider.

NORTHERN SPY BLEND
2020 harvest | tank fermented with wild yeast | 10% ABV
Bright and rich up front with a delicate citrus finish. A well-balanced blend of 50% Northern Spy, 40% Liberty and 10% Medaille d’Or apples.
