2021 SYRAH NEW RELEASE
Aged in new American oak, this gorgeous deep purple wine has the hallmark dark fruit flavors of blueberry and blackberry with a delightful white peppercorn finish. It is full bodied and worthy of decanting. Serve with grilled meats. Spectacular with dark chocolate! Just 24 cases made. (14.1% ABV)
2021 ESTATE APPLE WINE
A refreshingly dry, light-bodied wine with light acidity and fruity apple notes. Made from a blend of late season golden apple varieties with chardonnay yeast and fermented in stainless steel. Enjoy on its own or with seafood and white meats. (12% ABV)
2021 VIOGNIER
Gorgeous light straw color is met with floral notes of honeysuckle, yellow peach and a brisk minerality. Ripe peach with soft acid yield a lingering butterscotch finish. Great as a stand alone, but spectacular with roasted pork or chicken pot pie. (13.4% ABV)
2020 CHARDONNAY
Creamy, medium body, yet crisp and clear with a light apple finish. Steel tank fermented. Delightful with pâté, risotto, seafood and sushi. Best served at near room temperature (65º-68ºF) for aroma and flavors to fully open. (13.9% ABV)
2021 CABERNET ROSÉ
Bright cassis and berry notes, yet intriguingly smooth and plush. Fruity and well-balanced with light creamy vanilla notes. It is a delightful stand alone sip and as an elegant accompaniment to a risotto or cheese plate. (13.8% ABV)
2021 CASITA
The perfect house red! This is a 60/40 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat. Black cherry and leather with subtle chocolate notes on the nose. Dark fresh compote fills your pallet followed by long acid, a cocoa essence and balanced oak. Wonderful with with food or on its own. (13.4% ABV)
2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Deep claret red in color, it deserves decanting to unleash its big, bold, earthy flavors. Notes of black currant and full body with a strong finish. Perfect with steak, mushroom stroganoff and braised short ribs. (14.6% ABV)
2020 TANNAT
This dark, ruby red wine has aromatics of dark, dried fruits and toasted oak with a hint of vanilla. Light, grippy tannin and medium acid round out the rich, dark fruit compote for a full mouth feel. Fantastic with rich, barbecued meats or with cassoulet. (13.6% ABV)
