2021 ALBARIÑO
With hints of pear, it is exceptionally smooth and bright with light tannins and pleasant acidity. Delightful to enjoy any time, it pairs exceptionally well with white fish and grilled vegetables. Amazing with fish tacos! (13.1% ABV)
2021 CHARDONNAY
Steel tank fermented, this is a lean and crisp chardonnay with just a hint of apple and chalk. The freshness of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch more body. Excellent for warm summer days and incredibly versatile for pairing. (13.9% ABV)
2020 SANGIOVESE ROSÉ
Dark salmon color and rich aromatics of cassis and bright summer fruit fill the glass. Light acid lingers on your tongue with a nice honey finish. The perfect rosé for any summer day. (13.3% ABV)
2021 CASITA
The perfect house red! This is a 60/40 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat. Black cherry and leather with subtle chocolate notes on the nose. Dark fresh compote fills your pallet followed by long acid, a cocoa essence and balanced oak. Wonderful with with food or on its own. (13.4% ABV)
2020 SANGIOVESE
Beautiful carmine red in color. Delicious tart cherry note with pleasant spices hinting of sweet vanilla from the oak before a nice acid finish. Enjoy now or lay down for further development. Superb with pizza. (13.5% ABV)
2020 TEMPRANILLO ‘Roble Nuevo’
Black cherry and leather with subtle chocolate notes on the nose. Dark fresh compote fills the palate followed by long acid, cocoa essence and balanced oak. Let open to calm sharper acids. Perfect for grilled steaks and warm weather. (13.4% ABV)
2021 SYRAH
Aged in new American oak, this gorgeous deep purple wine has the hallmark dark fruit flavors of blueberry and blackberry with a delightful white peppercorn finish. It is full bodied and worthy of decanting. Serve with grilled meats. Also spectacular with dark chocolate! Just 24 cases made. (14.1% ABV)
